This is a prime opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who’s passionate about managing a team and ensuring the smooth operation of a 100+ unit property. With responsibilities spanning HVAC systems, sprinkler systems, and more, the right candidate will have the autonomy and resources to deliver real impact, backed by a supportive team and a long-term investment plan.

Responsibilities

● Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of a 100+ unit affordable housing property

● Lead and support a team of 2 maintenance technicians

● Manage property systems, including HVAC and sprinklers

● Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards

● Foster a high-performing team culture with an emphasis on accountability and service

Qualifications

● 5+ years of maintenance supervisor experience, preferably in affordable housing

● Strong knowledge of HVAC and sprinkler systems; EPA Universal

● Bilingual in Spanish

● Ability to live on-site (free two-bedroom provided after 90 days)

● Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
