Location: Dayton, TX

Schedule: Night Shift | 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM

LINK Staffing is hiring 2 Bilingual Machine Operators in Dayton, TX. This is a night shift manufacturing role paying $17.00/hr for candidates who can operate production machinery, perform basic checks, and work safely around equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and monitor production flow
- Feed raw materials into machines
- Perform pre-operation checks and basic adjustments
- Inspect finished product for quality
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues
- Complete production and equipment records
- Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work area
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Previous machine operator experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic mechanical knowledge and math skills
- Able to complete basic documentation
- Able to lift and handle materials up to 90 lbs
- Able to stand for long periods and perform physical work
