Job Description:We are looking for a dependable and experienced Cup Printing Machine Operator to join our team in Concord, NC. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values stability, and has a strong background in machine operation.Responsibilities:

• Operate cup printing machines safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
• Set up, calibrate, and adjust machinery to meet production requirements
• Perform quality checks and ensure printed products meet standards
• Maintain and clean machines regularly
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assist in general production tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or production setting
• Stable work history – tenure in previous roles is very important
• Experience using basic tools and mechanical equipment
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
