Position: Customer Service Representative – Document Auditor / Quality Control
Location: Lakeland, FL 33811
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3rst Shift (occasional overtime required)
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to support document auditing and quality control processes at a logistics facility in Lakeland. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail while working closely with shipping and receiving teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle documentation and quality control tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Assist with shipping and receiving coordination
  • Use Excel and Microsoft Office Suite to track and manage information
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service and logistics
  • Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
