Position: Customer Service Representative – Document Auditor / Quality Control
Location: Lakeland, FL 33811
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3rst Shift (occasional overtime required)
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to support document auditing and quality control processes at a logistics facility in Lakeland. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail while working closely with shipping and receiving teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle documentation and quality control tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Assist with shipping and receiving coordination
- Use Excel and Microsoft Office Suite to track and manage information
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure accuracy
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service and logistics
- Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
