Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill Remote Customer Service Insurance Specialist position.
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Shift: Need open availability for shift between 7am – 9pm (open 7 days a week – only work 5)

The Insurance Specialist role requires someone with a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is not your typical call center role—our Insurance Specialists are empowered problem-solvers who thrive on helping customers navigate their insurance needs with confidence and care.
Responsibilities:

Handle 70–100 inbound calls daily from policyholders and clients, providing expert guidance and support in English.

Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries related to policies, billing, endorsements, and claims with professionalism and empathy.

Process and issue insurance documents, including policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations.

Investigate and resolve premium discrepancies, system issues, and process errors with accuracy and efficiency.

Navigate multiple systems and software platforms simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.

Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

***BILINGUAL IN SPANISH - FLUENT

Minimum of 6-12 months of experience in a customer service or call center role within the insurance industry.

Proven ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality and professionalism.

Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and the ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
