Bilingual HVAC Technician – Apartment Community
Description:
Certified Apartment Staffing is hiring an experienced Bilingual HVAC Technician to join a busy apartment community in Galveston, TX.
We’re looking for a dependable, skilled professional who takes pride in their work and can communicate clearly with both English- and Spanish-speaking .
Responsibilities:
- Perform HVAC maintenance, repairs, and installations
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
- Support make-ready turns and preventative maintenance programs
- Deliver excellent customer service to and management
Requirements:
- EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required
- Apartment maintenance experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and ready to start immediately
