Job DescriptionÜber den Bereich:

Für den Bereich "Survivability Systems" suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen "Bid Managerin (w/m/d)" am Standort Taufkirchen.
Die Produktgruppe " Survivability, Warning Sensors" innerhalb von "Ground Based Systems (GBS)" beschäftigt sich unter anderem mit Flugkörper-, Laser- und Akustikwarnern für aktive Selbstschutzsysteme, GBS Survivability ist derzeit mit Kunden im Gespräch, um weitere Aufträge zu akquirieren und weitere umfassende Produktentwicklungen voranzutreiben.
Die Produktgruppe setzt sich zusammen aus dem Produktmanager sowie Projektmanagern und ist für die Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Kundenprojekte sowie für interne Entwicklungsprojekte verantwortlich.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Analyse, Konzeptionierung und Kalkulation internationaler militärbezogener Ausschreibungen sowie Erstellung des externen Angebotes
• Unterstützung des Campaign Managers bei der Herbeiführung der Bid / NoBid Entscheidung
• Aufbau und Führung der entsprechenden Bid Support Teams
• Analysierung der Angebotsunterlagen, Erstellung eines BID Plans, einer Work Breakdown Structure für den Angebotsumfang und Durchführung eines Kick-Off Meetings mit dem BID Team
• Organisations-/ divisionsübergreifende enge Einbindung sämtlicher Stakeholder (Vertrieb, Programm, Entwicklung, Marketing)
• Aufgabenverteilung sowie Überwachung der Aufgaben im Bid Team
• Darstellung und Diskussion der Angebotsanteile mit internen und externen Partnern*innen und Kunden*innen sowie Einsteuerung von Nachbesserungen
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Angebotsfreigabe
• Erstellen von Dokumenten z.B. von Kalkulationen, Präsentationen und Angeboten
• Prozessoptimierung

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurswesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bid Management
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft Office, MS Project und SAP
• Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement (Projektmanagementzertifizierung) vorteilhaft
• Erfahrung in der integrierten Projektplanung vorteilhaft
• Einschlägige Prozesskenntnisse im Angebotsmanagement
• Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Strukturierte, analytische und flexible Arbeitsweise
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
