Bid Manager\n\nWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Bid Manager to join an established main contractor based in Southampton. The business has a strong presence on the South Coast, undertaking projects valuing up to £15mil across both the public and private sectors including education, healthcare, residential and commercial. The contractor has ambitious growth plans and are looking for driven and ambitious individuals to join the business and support this growth.\n\nAbout the role of Bid Manager: \n\nAs the region grows, they're now looking to bring an additional Bid Manager into the Pre-Construction team.
As Bid Manager you will be responsible for managing the bid process from the earliest stages, co-ordinating the wider team to lead tenders. \n\nKey Responsibilities as Bid Manager: \n\nCo-ordinating the wider pre-construction team to pull together compelling bids \nLeading client interviews and maintaining relationships \nAttending pre-start meetings \nWork winning \n\nKey Requirements for this Bid Manager role:\n\nConstruction related degree / qualifications \nHave worked in a Bid Manager role previously \nHave experience overseeing multiple bids concurrently\nMust be able to prove a track record of work winning ability \nMust have the full right to work in the UK and live within a commutable distance to Southampton \n\nWhats on offer for this Bid Manager role: \n\nSalary: Up to £75k \nCompany Car / Car Allowance\nExcellent Benefits Package \n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Bid Manager to join a stable business unit with a strong reputation in the market for delivering excellence.
