What We're Looking For\n\nWe’re looking for someone who is both a natural leader and a strategic thinker – someone who thrives on collaboration but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on when needed.\n\nYou should bring:\n\n * Proven experience managing the full bid lifecycle in the construction or social housing sector\n\n * Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop a team\n\n * Extensive knowledge of UK procurement regulations and processes\n\n * Experience creating, developing and managing robust bid processes with strong governance\n\n * Excellent writing, communication and stakeholder management skills\n\n * High levels of organisation, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities\n\n * A proactive approach, with a knack for spotting opportunities and improving processes\n\n * Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours when needed for deadlines or client engagements\n\n * A full, clean UK driving licence\n\nDesirable, but not essential:\n\n * Degree-level education or equivalent\n\n * Relevant professional qualifications\n\n * Previous tender/proposal writing experience\n\nWhy work with us?
