A well-established construction business based in Belfast is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to support continued growth across public and private sector projects. The organisation has a strong local presence and a reputation for delivering high-quality, complex construction works.

Your new role
As Bid Manager, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end bid process, coordinating internal teams to produce high-quality, compliant submissions. You will be responsible for managing tenders from PQQ/ITT stage through to final submission, ensuring key deadlines are met and bid quality is consistently high.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full bid lifecycle across multiple construction tenders
  • Coordinating input from commercial, operations and design teams
  • Reviewing tender documentation and developing win strategies
  • Producing and overseeing high-quality written submissions

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Bid or Proposals Manager with a background in construction or the built environment. You will be highly organised, deadline-driven and confident managing multiple bids simultaneously.
You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience managing construction bids from start to finish
  • Strong writing, editing and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Knowledge of public sector frameworks and tendering portals
