A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY



End to end bid processes – embark on an exciting journey at the forefront of our bid processes, where you'll drive from inception to victory, crafting proposals that align seamlessly with our objectives.



Collaboration is key and you'll work closely with our Commercial Director and Senior Management to develop tailored strategies for specific bids. Your expertise will ensure that our time and resources are allocated efficiently, balancing technical sophistication with pricing considerations.



Engagement with our Sales Director will be integral as you navigate negotiations and secure commitment from stakeholders across the organisation.



Bid Library wizard -  you’ll curate and update essential documentation, streamlining our bid writing process for maximum efficiency.



Spearhead proof-of-concept initiatives showcasing our technical capabilities to bolster the strength of our bids. Your dedication to demonstrating excellence will reinforce our reputation as industry leaders.



WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE



Industry Mastery: Proven track record with substantial experience in bid management within the Telecoms and Tech sectors. You're no stranger to the game!



Fast-Paced Dynamo: Thrive in a fast-paced SME environment? Perfect! Your agility and adaptability will be your greatest assets.



Qualifications: Professional qualifications are a plus, but your hands-on experience and expertise speak volumes.



Public Sector Know-How: Navigate the intricate world of public sector tenders with ease. Your knowledge is our key to unlocking new opportunities.



Framework Familiarity: You know your way around relevant frameworks like the back of your hand. Your expertise ensures our bids align perfectly.

You'll bag a fantastic base salary of £50-60,000 per annum with additional bonus and incentives

THE NITTY-GRITTY



This is a full-time role, you'll be working 37.5 hours per week, but no weekends, it's Monday to Friday.



It's a permanent position.



You'll have flexibility, with your core hours and where you work with our hybrid working policy!
