We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design, develop, and maintain data solutions that empower our organization to make informed, data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with analytical thinking and excels at transforming complex data into meaningful insights.

Build, maintain, and optimize BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and data models.

Develop ETL/ELT processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.

Create and maintain semantic layers, datasets, and analytical models.

Data Analysis & Visualization

Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective BI artifacts.

Present insights through clear, intuitive visualizations and reports.

Validate data accuracy and ensure adherence to data quality standards.

Data Architecture & Governance

Contribute to the development of data pipelines and data warehouse structures.

Ensure solutions follow best practices for data security, reliability, and scalability.

Support governance initiatives by documenting data sources, definitions, and processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to understand data needs.

Provide BI tool support and training to end users as needed.

Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and process improvements.

\nRequired Qualifications\n
- \n
- \n
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
\n
- \n
Proven experience as a BI Developer or in a similar data-focused role.
\n
- \n
Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
\n
- \n
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
\n
- \n
Experience with ETL/ELT tools and processes (e.g., SSIS, dbt, Azure Data Factory, Informatica).
\n
- \n
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
\n
- \n
Ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate insights clearly.
\n

\n
\n\n Qualifications\n

Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).

Knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation or automation.
