Job Summary:

The Program Director’s role is responsible for the overall management and supervision of all day-to-day operations and service delivery (both administratively and clinically) for the Shreveport LA office. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Shreveport LA office and its staff.

Responsibilities:

•  Initiate and set monthly goals as strategies during leadership meetings.
•  Develop, manage, and report on operational budgets.
• Ensure program operations adhere to legal, compliance, and policy guidelines. 
• Evaluate, analyze, and coach staff performance according to goals and outcomes.
• Provide supervision and support to Clinical Coordinators and clinical services.
•  Provide supervision of administrative staff and day-to-day operations.
• Communicate outcomes and updates to the CEO. 
• Draft reports for compliance, funders, and annual reporting cycles.
• Supervise all therapeutic programs, intake, and assessment.
•  Manage and report Key Performance Indicators:
• Weekly productivity
• Weekly referrals
• Caseloads
• Waiting lists
• Hiring
• Compliance
•  Manage productivity and revenue of Medicaid and/or commercial insurance.
•  Complete job performance evaluations.
•  Salary recommendations
•  Participate in regular supervision meetings with supervisors.
• Provider Rep meetings
•  Clinical
• Additional training
•   Checkpoint training
• Monitor and develop clinical skills of staff and contractors.
• Research different models of therapy that could be implemented.
• Maintain and develop opportunities.
• Maintain and assess quality assurance measures. 
• Provide regular leadership development for staff.
• Plan and host office events, as needed. 
• Provide companywide training courses as needed.
•  Foster and expand collateral partnerships for referral development, community awareness, and hiring opportunities.
• Provide ongoing training relevant to our services and issues facing the community.
•  Facilitate public speaking events to promote HOHBH through community events and job fairs.
• Responsibilities may be subject to change at the CEO discretion.

Skills:

• Master’s degree in counseling, or Social Work.
• A minimum of three to five years of leadership/management experience.
• Key skills & knowledge required include program management, strategic thinking and planning, creative thinking,                         excellent written and verbal communication skills, public speaking skills, analytical thinking, forecasting, and planning,                 ability to run multiple projects at once, strong organizational skills, delegation, excellence-minded, collaboration, problem-          solving, project management, comfort with emerging uses of technology, and ability to report outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
•  Exceptional communication skills (written and oral).
• Effective coaching skills for personal and professional development.
• Goal-driven, organized, and efficient in their work.
