Licensed Behavioral Health Case Manager Compensation
- The pay for this position is $40-$43 per hour based on experience and credentials
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Licensed Behavioral Health Case Manager Highlights
- The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Mostly remote work (75% remote) with 25% travel required throughout the Charleston, SC area. Mileage and travel is reimbursed
- Candidates must live and be licensed as a RN, LPC, or LCSW in South Carolina
Licensed Behavioral Health Case Manager Responsibilities
• This is a new line of business from the state managing Medicaid Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) members from ages 6-64 years of .
• Members require at least 1 phone call monthly, 1 visit every 90 days and an annual assessment.
• Case managers are allowed a of caseload of no more than 60 members due to the intensive nature of the members.
• Purpose of plan to assure members are receiving all medications, attending all MD/ mental health clinic appts, have adequate housing and transportation to attend all appts.
• Will make calls, visits and coordinate care for members
• This person will working remote and may also need to travel to see members
Licensed Behavioral Health Case Manager Requirements
- Candidates must reside within Beaufort, Charleston, Colleton, Hampton, or Jasper Counties
- 2+ years of clinical experience working with Behavioral Health
- License required: Either RN, LMSW, LPC
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Highly
- Great computer skills and knowledge of navigating systems
- Case Management, Hospice, or Home Health Experience
- Software skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Teams)
