Job Description:The Board Certified Behavior Analyst’s (BCBA) primary responsibility is to ensure the quality and effective implementation of all treatment and programming for clients. BCBAs will also have multi-level management responsibilities in the areas of therapist and center management, while maintaining compliance of standardized protocols and procedures. This position reports to the assigned Clinical Director.
Responsibilities:

  • Supervise client caseload of up to 8 clients
  • Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments and design and create top quality individualized treatment programs based off these assessments
  • Oversee and maintain accurate and organized client notes, data, and reports for tracking and auditing purposes
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and ongoing oversight of daily social skills group
  • Provide supervision for students approved programs    (e.g., RBT, BCBA, and BCaBA)
  • Train clinical staff to ensure appropriate implementation of treatment plans and behavior support plans
  • Train family members to ensure appropriate implementation of treatment plans and behavior support plans (e.g., individual and group parent  trainings)
  • Evaluate effectiveness of the behavior intervention  plan by means of direct observation, analyzing data, and making necessary adjustments and updates to optimize progress
  • Conduct regular mentor meetings and established  performance evaluations for clinical staff and provide feedback in areas of strength or improvement
  • Maintain positive, excellence-driven culture amongst  therapists, clients, and their families

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required
  • 1+ years in a supervisor level position
  • Established management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • $45.00 non billable (admin work)
  • $60.00 - $85.00 billable
