Strategic Direct Solutions, LLC is currently looking for “Great Talent!!!"

We are currently looking for Telecom DC Power Technicians/Battery Techs that have battery experience in AT&T, Sprint, Verizon Cell Site and/or Central Office environments. We need someone that can do battery testing, power loads on batteries, swapping out batteries.

LOCATION: Minnesota, South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska

Technician Requirements

• All skill levels needed (Must have Cell Site Primary Battery Install experience)
• Reliable and Strong Work Ethics required. (This work is for those with strong Mind and Will)
• Must be able to Lift, push pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to pull Signal and Power Cables, as necessary.
• Ability to crimp, lug, terminate, test, stitch and lace cable to 750 MCM or Fiber
• Ability to install all types of infrastructure in Cell Site and/or DC Power type environments.
• Ability to rack, stack and secure equipment bays/cabinets.

***Must pass a 5 or 10 panel drug screen, have a valid driver’s license, pass a 7 year criminal background check.
