Job Responsibilities

  • Perform equipment setup, operation, cleaning, testing, and process checks to ensure reliable and consistent performance.
  • Work in a controlled cleanroom environment while wearing required protective equipment.
  • Follow Job Instruction Training (JIT) processes to support skill development across the team.
  • Mix chemicals (liquids, powders, and gases) according to specified formulas and procedures.
  • Conduct scheduled equipment maintenance and cleaning activities.
  • Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed; analyze data and report findings.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to laboratory and manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and document best practices for battery cell manufacturing through standardized work instructions.
  • Use data-driven insights to support process improvements and corrective actions.
  • Apply Lean manufacturing principles to identify and eliminate operational waste.
  • Utilize problem-solving techniques to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Properly handle and dispose of material waste.
  • Participate in team meetings and Business Plan Deployment activities.
  • Coordinate testing, builds, and preventive maintenance with internal teams to ensure timely completion.
  • Review incoming work requests to confirm resource availability and feasibility.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a lab or testing environment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, chemical, and/or electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with computer applications used in lab or manufacturing settings.
  • Ability to accurately interpret engineering instructions and technical documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Shift: Third shift, Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (may require occasional overtime)
