LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, OR CERTIFICATIONS:

• A criminal background check is required as a condition of hire.

• Must demonstrate competency and proficiency in all applicable certifications.

• A valid driver's license is and may be required for certain assignments.

• Electrical experience and certifications are highly valued and considered a strong asset.

TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

• Demonstrate alignment with and uphold Walton & Company's Core Values.

• Ability to perform trade-specific mathematical computations accurately and efficiently.

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for effective communication and documentation.

• Competence in using personal computers, tablets, and smartphones, particularly for field-based applications.

• Adherence to all building, job site, and departmental procedures, protocols, and safety policies.

• Consistent application of Service Division SOPs and best practices.

• Maintain safe work habits, use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and promptly report any unsafe conditions to the appropriate personnel.

• Strong electrical aptitude and experience in the BAS field is a plus and will be considered favorably.
