Job Description: As a Baking Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production facility, Pan Kobo. You will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining high standards of quality. Your role will involve managing a team of up to 20+ employees, monitoring production output, and implementing best practices to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production personnel and provide training in the operation.
• Monitor production output against standards for units produced, product quality, labor cost, employee safety, and raw material yields.
• Resolve production-related problems and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
• Implement best practices to improve production methods and drive company growth.
• Ensure batch tracking and lot numbers are consistently documented, maintaining full product traceability.
• Conduct daily check-ins with team members on efficiency metrics and customer orders.
• Monitor and approve time sheets.
• Hold daily huddle talks with the team at each start of shift.
• Communicate well with the Pan Kobo Production Team.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of food, preferable baking facility experience, with more than 1 year in a management position.
• Experience working with high-volume production.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Production Management Program knowledge is a bonus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines for timely production deliveries.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Experience with employee performance reviews.
• Understanding of basic knowledge of SQF and food sanitation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible with shift assignments.
