Position Overview:


The Aviation Maintenance Operations & Training Advisor is responsible for delivering technical training and operational support to franchise maintenance teams to ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. This role serves as a key liaison between corporate headquarters and franchise operators, helping to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency across all franchise maintenance operations.

What you bring to the team:

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license required.
  • 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
  • Previous experience in training or instructional roles .
  • Familiarity with Part 135 and/or Part 145 operations.
  • Strong understanding of FAA regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with maintenance tracking systems (e.g., CAMP, Corridor) and MS Office suite.
  • Ability to travel to franchise locations as needed (up to 50–75%).


Additional experience that would help you stand out:

  • Experience working in a franchise-based aviation model or multi-site MRO environment.
  • OEM training certifications or experience with specific aircraft types used by the franchise network.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/French) a plus, depending on franchise region.
