Job Description

Job Title: AV Engineer Location: London (with travel to client sites)\n Salary: 30,000 40,000 + 4k Allowance & Van if required \n\n This company is a recognised leader in residential AV integration, delivering cutting-edge projects worth up to 10 million. With strong investment in training, a career development matrix, and opportunities to progress into senior engineering, project management, or design roles, they offer both stability and growth in a fast-moving industry. \n\n Install, service, and support AV, lighting, shading, and control systems.

\n Install upgrades and assist with small to mid-scale projects. \n Maintain accurate records of all work and ensure installations meet the highest standards. \n\n Strong knowledge of AV systems (Crestron, Savant, Lutron, or similar).

\n Experience in multiroom AV distribution, cinema systems, and lighting/shading controls. \n Competent in fault-finding, technical drawings, and cabling terminations. \n Networking knowledge (VLANs, system monitoring tools) desirable.

\n Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites. \n\n Salary between 30,000 40,000 depending on experience. \n~4k allowance & company van if required.
