We are seeking an Automotive Technician / Transmission R&R and Repair Specialist with at least 4 years of experience. This is a great opportunity for a skilled auto mechanic in Cedar City, Utah who takes pride in their work, thrives in a high-production environment, and wants to grow with a professional, family-oriented team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform transmission diagnostics, R&R (remove & replace), and repairs

• Work on transfer cases, differentials, and drivetrain components

• Handle moderate automotive electrical diagnostics and repairs

• Keep a clean and efficient work environment

• Communicate clearly with service writers and customers regarding diagnostic findings

• Perform test drives when needed to confirm customer concerns

• Participate in occasional training (2–3 times per year) to stay current on new automotive technology

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years automotive repair experience (required)

• Must have own tools

• Strong experience with transmission diagnostics and R&R (required)

• Drivetrain rebuilding experience (a plus but not required)

• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately

• Professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused attitude

• Willingness to continue learning and developing new skills
