We are a very busy local Colorado Springs automotive shop and we are looking to bring on another tech to our team. We are locally owned and operated and we are a leading independent shop here in Colorado Springs. We stay current on training, scan tools, specialty tools and techniques for working on all the new vehicles as well as continuing to work on all the existing vehicles. Times are changing and unfortunately if shops don't change with them, they will be pushed out. We keep all of our shop equipment updated and just installed all new lifts (CL10v3), alignment rack, and the newest hunter alignment machine. ASE certs are a must as we are looking for an A tech. Must have 5 years minimum experience.
Our current workload is probably 33% Euro, 33% Asian, 33% Domestic. We try and tailor our advertising budget to the type of work our technicians want. One guys want a lot of BMW so we push that for him. Other guys want Subaru so we push for Subaru. Our marketing strategy can be changed at any time. It's just whatever the techs are wanting.
We run a digital RO program to help with easy shop flow. We understand the value of the work our techs do and we pay very well for BG services, alignments, diagnosis and regular work. We mainly use Alldata and Indetifix and our techs quote their own labor hours and they are allowed to "bump" the labor times as needed.
