Pay Range:

$40 – $60 per hour, based on your experience, diagnostic ability, and productivity.
We use a performance-based pay plan that rewards efficiency, skill, and consistency — the more you flag, the more you earn.
Unlike typical flat-rate shops, our systems are organized, our bays are full, and our advisors are trained to help sell the work you recommend. Top performers earn well over $120,000+ per year.
