Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As an Automotive Technician, you will take on advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for a wide range of vehicles. This position requires expertise, efficiency, and teamwork, with the opportunity to mentor other technicians and contribute to the shop’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex diagnostics and advanced repairs on domestic and import vehicles.
- Accurately follow manufacturer specifications and shop standards.
- Serve as a technical expert and resource for the shop team.
- Mentor less-experienced technicians when needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Deliver high-quality, efficient work with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Salary/Benefits:

Pay: $75,000 up to $130,000

Qualifications:
- ASE Certification (required), Master Certification .
- Minimum 6 years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with modern scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair software.
- Commitment to professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Workplace & Safety Competencies:
- Commitment to following company safety procedures and proper PPE usage.
- Awareness of shop safety and ability to identify and report hazards.
