Job DescriptionJob Description

Automotive Restoration Assistant – Hands-On Opportunity with Profit Sharing

Are you mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and passionate about cars and trucks? Do you enjoy getting your hands dirty, learning new skills, and seeing a project through from start to finish? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

I’m looking for a bright, self-driven individual with mechanical aptitude to join a startup focused on restoring and rebuilding vehicles for resale. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working on classic and modern vehicles, solving mechanical challenges, and being part of a growing operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remove and replace mechanical and cosmetic parts
  • Clean and prep components for reassembly
  • Sanding, painting, and prepping body panels
  • Diagnose mechanical issues using tools and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively to take a project from teardown to completion

What I Bring to the Table:
With over 35 years of experience in automotive repair, a background in electronics, and welding capabilities, I’ve built a strong foundation to launch this business. My vision is to restore and rebuild vehicles to a high standard, flipping projects for profit — much like the concept behind Fast N’ Loud with Richard Rawlings.

Compensation:
This is a project-based, profit-sharing opportunity. For each vehicle, you'll work as part of the team and earn 10% of the net profit (after expenses) once the vehicle is sold. The timeline and expectations will be clearly defined when a project begins.
