Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive service. As a Certified Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintain a wide range of vehicles while ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics on engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and other vehicle components.

• Complete routine maintenance services including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements.

• Conduct thorough inspections and identify necessary repairs to maintain vehicle performance and safety.

• Utilize diagnostic equipment, tools, and service manuals effectively.

• Provide clear and professional communication with customers regarding repair needs and service recommendations.

• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repair orders.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

• Stay current on industry updates, manufacturer recalls, and new repair techniques.

Experience

• ASE Certification or equivalent manufacturer training required.

• Previous experience as an automotive technician in a dealership or independent shop .

• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.

• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical bulletins.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
