Automotive Service Technician (Entry-Level)
Prep & Lube & Certified Service Technicians needed

$45,000 to $110,000 based on experience, skill set, and certifications
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500
Bi-weekly & monthly incentive program
Location: Stamford, CT | Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Technician Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on work orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with service advisors for job status updates and repair approvals
• Adhere to dealership and manufacturer standards and protocols
• Participate in ongoing training and stay current with certifications
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and insurability required
• 1+ year(s) of automotive repair experience
• Ford or dealership experience is a plus
• Team-player mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and diagnostic skills
