Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex diagnostic and repair services on a variety of vehicles, including electrical, engine, transmission, brake, and HVAC systems.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections with precision and attention to detail.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate repair needs and provide accurate estimates.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
• Mentor and guide junior technicians, sharing expertise and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
• Ensure all repairs meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• ASE Certification or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, with at least 2 years in an advanced role.
• Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and software (e.g., OBD-II scanners, multimeters, etc.).
• Extensive knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
