(Prerequisite) - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN OPERATING AN AFTER MARKET (NON DEALER) AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SERVICE CENTER.

Looking for proven Automotive Service Manager! The ability to drive sales through world class customer interaction is key! We are only looking for the best!

Our Auto Repair centers were built on a family tradition of trust and quality service and as a Service Manager, your mission is to lead your team by combining your in-depth knowledge with your exceptional people skills to supervise and coordinate the activities of auto technicians and general service technicians.

• Who We're Looking For- Dedicated and reliable individual Enjoys working in a team environment Aptitude to problem solve, manage and lead.
• What You’ll Do: Manage workflow of the service department Prepare service estimates Maintain customer trust Drive Sales and Car Count Assure customer’s concerns are addressed in the technician’s inspection & findings Explain estimates, repairs needed/ recommended, & completion times Resolve customer concerns or complaints as they arise Foster a good working relationship with parts vendors Maintain inventory for back shop supplies Assist with purchase of parts, material & equipment Train service personnel Other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
