Fun and busy Ford dealership looking for someone who has some service writing experience in the automotive business to join our team! We need people to service and maintain our award-winning customer experience as well as help us grow.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Upsell maintenance and service to meet departments sales forecast
• Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request.
• Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
• Know the product well enough to answer questions regarding customer’s vehicle

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in Quick Lane / Advisor role required
• Customer facing experience
• High-energy with a positive attitude
• Must have computer proficiency and CDK
• Valid driver's license
