Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for a goal-oriented, self-starter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate is self-aware, respectful, empathetic, and possesses leadership and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is a plus, along with experience in DealerTrack DMS and XTime Scheduler.

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday - 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Saturday (when applicable) - 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

As a Service Advisor, you'll engage in positive customer experiences, differentiating our organization from the competition. Key responsibilities include:

• Professionally meet & greet all service clients.
• Develop strong relationships and establish client confidence.
• Effectively address primary concerns for resolution.
• Recommend applicable repairs and maintenance.
• Keep clients well-informed of vehicle status during visits.
• Ensure all concerns and services are completed before delivery.
• Complete required documentation to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Regularly communicate with departmental leadership and the shop for efficiency.
