Integrity Automotive is a busy, well-respected independent auto repair shop serving the Issaquah community with honesty, professionalism, and exceptional service. We’ve built a loyal customer base by treating every customer and vehicle with care and respect.

Our shop is equipped with modern tools and technology and staffed by ASE-certified technicians who take pride in doing the job right. We’re looking for an experienced, friendly Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor at Integrity Automotive, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our technicians, ensuring clear communication and a smooth service process every step of the way.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns

• Write accurate repair orders and detailed service estimates

• Explain recommended services and repairs clearly and honestly

• Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow

• Keep customers updated on repair progress and timelines

• Review completed work and ensure customer satisfaction

• Manage parts orders, scheduling, and documentation

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a customer-focused professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (independent shop experience )

• Knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and repair procedures

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

• Computer proficiency (experience with shop management software a plus)

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to customer care
