Automotive Product Test Engineer

About the Role:\n\nWe’re seeking a skilled Test & Automation Engineer to support automotive system testing, continuous improvement, and test facility operations. You’ll be the key interface between internal stakeholders and the testing team, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and timely delivery of complex test activities.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Coordinate and deliver test activities per project timelines and scope.\n\n * \n\n Liaise with internal customers to gather testing requirements and inputs.\n\n * \n\n Support commissioning and issue resolution of test systems and equipment.\n\n * \n\n Guide best practices in automation and data acquisition methodologies.\n\n * \n\n Develop and maintain validated test scripts and procedures.\n\n * \n\n Drive continuous improvement projects, standardize processes, and support audits (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.).\n\n * \n\n Produce performance reports and ensure KPIs are met.\n\nSkills & Experience:\n\n✅ Proven experience in automotive test environments (powertrain, EV, ADAS, etc.)\n✅ Knowledge of standards (ISO 26262, CAN, LIN, AUTOSAR)\n✅ Proficiency with Vector tools, INCA, NI LabVIEW, or similar\n✅ Strong data analysis, reporting, and documentation skills\n✅ Familiar with project management and engineering processes\n✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving ability\n\nDesirable:\n\n * \n\n Degree (Level 6 or 7) in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems or Manufacturing Engineering\n\n * \n\n Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certification\n\n * \n\n Experience in audits and H&S compliance
