Automotive Mechanic Flightline Support Equipment

Automotive support equipment mechanic with 3 years minimum experience to inspect, maintain, repair, and test flightline support equipment. Must have prior military training or commercial automotive training with a working knowledge of flightline safety, security and environmental requirements. Must have computer skills and ability to research parts using military technical data and/or commercial OEM manuals. 

Must be familiar with Marine Corp maintenance, supply, and flightline operations.

Must be able to obtain and maintain an favorable background check

Must be able to work 0700-1530 hours and be flexible as mission requires. Some travel may be required as determined by the mission.

Must have dependable transportation and current driver's license and insurance to operate on a military installation.

Pay is IAW local area wage determination with considerations taken for certifications and verifiable experience.

Benefits consist of service contract act allowances of 11 paid holidays, vacation based on length of service, sick time, and Health and Welfare of $4.93 per hour up to 40 hours per week of hours worked.
