100% onsite- Lake Orion, MI. Long term renewable contract. Hours are 7- 3:30 (M-F)- some Saturday's required.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW- there will be a lot of data analysis involved in this role.

1.    This person will be identifying top bottlenecks for the 5 production lines. Working on Throughput improvement process.

2.    They are trying to add AI Machine learning to the throughput improvement proves

3.    Analyzing data and must understand the data and handle obstacles in the production line and completing time studies to determine accuracy

4.    Need someone who can create clear reporting- Excel, PowerPoint and provide solutions- they are laser focused on results!

5.    Automotive industry required- at least 3+ years (They manufacture modules for battery packs.)

6.    They will be identifying action items for throughput improvement process- delegate action items to people and report out to high level people.

7.    Candidate must understand plant layouts- using Auto desk Designer

8.    Root cause analysis experience

9.    Working on projects as automation and headcount reductions

Expectations: You will be working with Central IE and remote support that collects and analyzes the data for AI machine learning process collected in PowerBI.  You will need to learn PowerBI dashboards and the names for metrics and KPI and how they are related to the throughput

Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
3-4 years’ experience required. Looking for automotive industry experience.

• Team player and detail oriented.
• Basic ability to make sketches, engineering drawings and common computations.
• Basic knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
• Previous experience with computer applications and software related to engineering field, such as MS Visual Basic, MS Project, and ABAQUS
