General Service / Lube Technician

$15.00 - $20.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience)

Monday - Friday

This busy full-service automotive shop is looking for a motivated General Service / Lube Tech who's ready to join a high-performing crew and grow their skills. The shop handles everything from preventive maintenance to diagnostics and repair on domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. With 16 bays, 15 lifts, and top-of-the-line equipment (Hunter alignment rack and tire machines, Snap-On and Autel scan tools), the team is built to keep vehicles running strong while keeping technicians supported.

What the Shop is Like

• Light-duty diesel work (F-550 and smaller)

• Heated and cooled shop (yes, really—it was 78 degrees inside when it was 98 outside)

• Modern scan tools and domestic programming capabilities

• Paper ROs for now, but with a solid shop management system (RO Writer)

• Average car count: 150–160 per week

• Technicians who hustle can turn 50–70+ hours per week

The Crew

The current team is stacked with talent: a high-output tech who consistently turns 100+ hours a week, two strong A-level technicians (one with diesel/diagnostic expertise), three capable B-techs, and a general service tech already on deck. Now, they're looking for one more solid GS/Lube Tech to keep the shop humming.

The Role

This role is all about making sure vehicles get the quality maintenance they need while working alongside experienced techs who know their stuff. You'll be doing oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and supporting the shop's workflow while learning hands-on every day.

Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour depending on experience
