A collision estimator assesses vehicle damage after an accident, prepares detailed repair cost estimates, and communicates with customers, insurance companies, and technicians to ensure efficient and accurate repairs. MUST HAVE 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE.

• Communication:

  Communicate with customers to explain the damage, repair process, and costs, and work with insurance companies and adjusters to ensure coverage and payment.

• Coordination:

  Collaborate with body shop technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately, and coordinate the timing of work to minimize delays.

• Industry Knowledge:

  Stay up-to-date on industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and market trends to ensure accurate and cost-effective repairs.

• Customer Service:

  Help customers develop repair plans that best suit their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Documentation:

  Ensure all documentation is timely and efficiently submitted to the respective insurance companies.

• Damage Assessment:

  Visually inspect vehicles to identify and document all damage, including dents, scratches, broken glass, and mechanical issues.

• Estimate Preparation:

  Create comprehensive repair estimates, including labor costs, parts replacement, and other expenses needed to restore the vehicle.
