Do you want to work at one of the busiest automotive dealerships in the region where your employer treats you like a member of the family. We have an immediate opening for an Automotive Collision Damage Repair Estimator.

Our Automotive Collision Damage Estimators play a critical role in the repair process. In this role, you will , analyze and record the physical damage to damaged vehicles. The ability to effectively communicate these findings to the customer and any third-party payer is just as important as identifying the damages. Anyone considered must exemplify the ability to do both.

We intend to hire a strong player who can make a difference for our team. If you have the drive and determination to be successful with a high degree of professionalism, we want to talk to you. We have not time for the complacent, ineffective or the unserious.

Requirements: 

• A capability and resolve to be an effective team player
• Relevant work experience as an estimator, claims adjuster, or within an automobile repair shop
• A strong desire to provide excellent customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• The ability to multitask yet prioritize appropriately
• Steadfast attention to detail
• The competency to meet goals and objectives
• Expertise in the use of the CCC ONE estimation system
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• A valid drivers license and auto insurance coverage
• Profound desire for growth and personal development
• I-CAR, ASE or other relevant professional training is a plus
