What We’re Looking For:
Joseph Auto Group is hiring a dedicated and experienced Collision Center Estimator to support the daily operations of our high-performing auto body shop. You’ll be 2nd in command to the Collision Center Assistant Manager, taking the lead in their absence, managing repair workflow, and delivering top-tier customer service from estimate to invoice.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Collision Center Assistant Manager and step in as lead when they are out
• Manage the complete customer repair process: from estimate to final invoice
• Oversee technician productivity, repair timelines, and job quality
• Use CCC One Shop Workflow to track and manage estimates and repairs
• Communicate effectively with customers, adjusters, and internal teams
• Collaborate with the parts and service departments to ensure job efficiency
• Maintain a safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant shop environment
• Support team development through coaching and feedback
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in collision center operations, auto body repair, or estimating
• CCC One Shop Workflow experience strongly
• Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite experience is a plus
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
