• Design and refine maintenance programs to ensure our equipment runs at peak efficiency.
• Plan and guide innovation through cost-effective safety and automation projects.

Skills Needed:

• A degree in technical disciplines or extensive industrial automation experience (10+ years).
• Expertise in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and control systems.
• Advanced dexterity with industrial robots, specifically Fanuc types.
• Proficiency in CAD systems and computer-based maintenance management systems.
• Effective communicator who can easily adapt and liaise across all organizational levels.
