Automation Technician - 3 Shifts available

We're hiring many Automation Technicians to join our team in Arlington, TX.

As an Automation Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the automated systems and equipment that power our manufacturing processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production lines, helping us deliver high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot automated equipment and control systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated machinery.
• Analyze data and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve automation-related issues.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as an Automation Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of PLC programming and industrial control networks.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical, and control system schematics.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose automation systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering .

Work Schedules

• A Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• B Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• C Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
