About the Role: As our Automation Systems Engineer, reporting directly to the Director of CIP and Automation, you will spearhead efforts to analyze data from manufacturing processes to bolster efficiency and decision-making within our automated production environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Examine current manufacturing workflows to detect automation possibilities and enhance overall process efficiency.
• Design and optimize automated solutions, integrating cutting-edge technology to reduce labor and elevate production quality.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to incorporate new automation systems seamlessly.
• Conduct feasibility studies and perform cost-benefit analyses.
• Build and uphold in-depth process documentation and operational guides.
• Oversee performance audits of automated infrastructure, adjusting practices for peak performance.
• Educate team members on advanced automated systems, providing continuous support.
• Innovate our technological landscape by staying current with industry advancements.
• Create dynamic dashboards to visualize KPIs and system performance.
• Identify and analyze data trends for actionable process improvements.

Your Expertise:

• Bachelor's in Industrial or Automation Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years in related engineering roles or equivalent educational experience.
• Transformative experience in automating manufacturing processes.
• In-depth knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and other automation tools.
• Proficiency with CAD and simulation software.
• Six Sigma Certification .
