We are an established engineering firm specializing in industrial automation and control panel design/fabrication focused on building real systems and solving real-world problems. Our work includes control panel manufacturing, PLC programming, and system integration across a variety of industries.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer who can hit the ground running. This is not an entry-level position and you should be comfortable working independently on PLC/HMI development, troubleshooting, and system startup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify PLC programs (Allen-Bradley / CompactLogix )

• Design and configure HMI systems (C-more, Red Lion, or similar)

• Troubleshoot electrical control systems in both shop and field environments

• Support control panel builds and integration efforts

• Perform system startup and commissioning at customer sites

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on industrial automation experience

• Strong PLC programming experience (Allen-Bradley )

• HMI development experience

• Ability to troubleshoot systems independently

• Solid understanding of electrical control systems

• Willingness to work in both shop and field environments

Qualifications (not required):

• UL508A panel shop experience

• Industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.)

• Experience with system startup and commissioning

• Panel design or AutoCAD Electrical experience
