Automation Engineer

Role and Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience
• Expertise in designing, developing and maintain automation frameworks for testing applications
• Expertise in creating and executing automated test scripts using tools like Selenium
• Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases in coordination with testing teams
• Monitor and maintain test environments, ensuring reliable test data and system configuration
• Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve issues.
• Experience with RDMS databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB) and message queuing technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Experience with Linux & VMs
• Experience with data collection & distribution using SNMP & Kafka
• In-depth experience with building APIs and services using REST.
• Experience with ticketing systems like Jira and logging systems like Splunk & Datadog.
