Your Technical Toolkit (The Skills We're Looking For)
We are seeking a proactive graduate with a strong foundational understanding of industrial automation principles. A passion for learning is key!
- Programming Mastery: Familiarity with Ladder Logic (Allen-Bradley PLCs), Structured Text, and like Python or C/C++ for advanced tasks and data integration.
- Controls Expertise: Solid grasp of PLC hardware, operation, and programming methodologies.
- HMI/SCADA: Experience with HMI development tools (e.g., Red Lion Crimson, FactoryTalk View, Ignition) and an understanding of user interface (UI) design and data visualization.
- Networking: Knowledge of industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP) and general networking concepts (TCP/IP).
- Integration: Interest in connecting PLCs/HMIs with higher-level systems like SCADA, MES, or ERP (familiarity with OPC is a plus).
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for complex control systems.
