Autodesk Support Engineer

This role is a full-time HYBRID position. Can also be located within a reasonable distance of one of our client's offices in the Eastern or Central times zones, with the expectation to be in the office 3 days/week.

AEC Design Technology Solutions Support Team has the primary responsibility to install, configure, and maintain all AEC software used throughout the company. This role will assist to budget, advise and manage licensing for all supported titles. The IT AEC Support group is also responsible for configuring all AEC software on stand-alone computers and VMware desktop environment.

Position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Required experience and skills include:

  • Regularly communicate with employees and clients from state, municipal and consulting agencies to determine project expectations
  • Ensure all AEC software and licenses are up to date
  • Communication with software vendors to address software support matters
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role is required, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Technology or similar study
  • Experience with software packaging and familiarity with SCCM is
  • Past demonstratable experience with use, support and maintenance of Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI and other AEC software is required in this role
