The AutoCAD Operator/Project Manager with electrical background plays a dual role in delivering medium-scale projects by combining technical drafting expertise with efficient project management. This position involves overseeing project planning and design coordination while maintaining clear communication with clients. The role reports directly to the Senior Project Manager and includes occasional travel to project sites to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed AutoCAD drafting to support project designs
• Plan and manage medium-scale projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate design efforts among various teams to ensure alignment
• Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding project progress
• Collaborate with senior management to meet project goals and deadlines
• Occasionally travel to project sites for oversight and problem resolution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Electrical / low voltage back ground a plus
• Knowledge of Procore
• Able to perform estimates
• Oversee trades
