Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled Auto Crane Mechanic to join our team in Midland, TX. If you have experience repairing and maintaining cranes mounted on ¾-ton and 1-ton trucks, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic truck-mounted cranes

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

• Perform safety checks and operate equipment to ensure proper functionality after repairs

• Conduct preventative maintenance

• Communicate issues and solutions clearly with team members and management

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with auto cranes or similar equipment

• Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical & electrical)

• Ability to operate equipment for testing and verification

• Must have some of your own tools

• Reliable, safety-focused, and self-motivated

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay starting at $25/hour + depending on experience

• Stable full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
