Auto Body Blueprint Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our team at C&L Auto Body in Morristown, NJ. Our company is a well-known MSO in Northern NJ, and we are in the process of expanding our operations. We need an Estimator with at least 5 years of experience in estimating to join our team.

Our focus is on supporting the growth of our team members, and we currently have an immediate need for assistance in our blueprinting department at our Morristown location. C&L is a fast growing organization with two new locations in the process. We are looking to offer long term careers for those seeking opportunity in a large family run business.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for the position include the following:

• Writing estimates
• ordering parts
• Customer Service
• Quality Control
• Meeting with Adjusters and Maintaining Insurance/DRP Relationships
• Cost containment/job profit maximization
• Utilizing current repair procedures found through I-Car/Alldata resources

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Auto Estimating: 5 years ()
• Experience writing/working with all major DRP programs (Geico, Progressive, USAA, Allstate, etc.)
• Prior experience working as an insurance adjuster is welcomed
• Parts Trader Experience ()
• ADAS exposure or experience writing & billing ()
• Understanding of gross profit ()
